Online dispute resolution / consumer dispute resolution
If you are in the EU
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. If you live in the EU, you can contact the consumer protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution body in your country.
If you are in Switzerland
Switzerland does not operate a general statutory consumer ODR scheme equivalent to the EU's.
If you are in the UK
Luxa Energy LTD does not currently participate in an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme for consumer complaints in the United Kingdom.
Governing law and courts
See the "Governing law and forum" section of the Comparisun Terms of Use for the law and courts applicable to disputes, including the protections that remain available to you as a consumer in your country of residence regardless of any choice-of-law clause. The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (including the law of the European Union as it applies in Cyprus), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of the Republic of Cyprus or, if you are a consumer, before the courts of the place where you live.
