Key points

• Comparisun shows you offers from only two sources: installers who use the Raysly platform and have opted in to list, and Luxa Energy, an installation business affiliated with Luxa Energy LTD, the company that operates Comparisun. We do not show hand-compiled or third-party offers that the installer itself has not supplied.
• You can change how offers are sorted. Each sort order and what it measures is explained below. Luxa Energy's offers are ranked using exactly the same criteria, weights and formula as every other installer's offers, with no bonus or differentiated scoring of any kind.
• No installer pays for placement. No installer, including Luxa Energy, pays Luxa Energy LTD for higher placement or improved ranking in results.
• Luxa Energy LTD earns money in ways explained in "How we earn money" below, including from sales made by its own affiliated installer, Luxa Energy.
• Most installers and sellers whose offers you see are independent traders; your purchase contract is with them, not with Luxa Energy LTD. The exception is Luxa Energy: if you buy from Luxa Energy, your contract is with Luxa Energy LTD itself or a company in its group — see "Who you are contracting with" below.
• Prices, savings, payback and other figures are estimates for illustration. They are not a guarantee and not financial advice.
• No installer- or offer-review/rating feature exists on Comparisun today; if one is added, this page will be updated to describe how reviews are collected and verified.

For consumers

1. What decides which offers you see

To generate your personalised results, we use the information you give us in the calculator (such as your electricity usage, roof type, property, and — if you provide it — your address or GPS location) together with technical data about installers' equipment and pricing. Offers come from only two sources:

• installers who use the Raysly platform, supply their own equipment and pricing, and have opted in to list on Comparisun, where available in your region; and
• Luxa Energy, which is affiliated with Luxa Energy LTD and whose offers are generated automatically from its own product catalogue.

We do not show hand-compiled or third-party listings that the installer itself has not supplied.

As of this version, Luxa Energy is the only installer listed on Comparisun — no independent installer has yet opted in to list through Raysly. Currently, all offers shown to you are from Luxa Energy. We will show you offers from other installers as soon as they join and opt in to list. Comparative language such as "compare offers" on this page refers to comparing different system configurations and sort orders, not necessarily different installers, until more than one installer is listed.

2. Main ranking parameters and their relative weight

We currently offer these ways to order your results. Only one applies at a time; you choose which with the sort control next to the results list.

Sort order	What it measures	How it's weighted
Price	The total price of the system, lowest first.	Price only.
Quality / Warranty	A quality score built from the manufacturer's warranty terms: up to 30 points for the solar panel's product warranty (longer warranty = more points, capped at 30 years' worth) and up to 25 points for the inverter's product warranty (capped at 25 years' worth). This score is calculated identically for Luxa Energy and every other installer; it includes no bonus or adjustment for being affiliated with Luxa Energy LTD. Offers are ranked by score, highest first; ties are broken by lowest price.	Panel warranty + inverter warranty. No affiliated-installer bonus.
Best value (default sort you see first)	A single score combining estimated annual production per unit of system size, price, and the same quality score used above, so that a system that is cheaper for the electricity it is expected to produce, and that has stronger warranties, ranks higher. This calculation uses the same fixed assumptions about expected solar production and electricity value for every region, regardless of where you are.	Roughly: (estimated value for money) × (1 + quality score, scaled). Calculated identically for Luxa Energy and every other installer.

If your maximum allowed system size is limited by local grid or regulatory rules, we place an off-grid (battery-only, no grid export) option first, whichever sort you choose, because it is not subject to that size limit. At present, only Luxa Energy supplies offers that our system can identify as off-grid-capable, so this first position is currently always filled by an Luxa Energy offer.

3. Luxa Energy appears in your results

Today, Luxa Energy and Luxa Energy LTD (the company that operates Comparisun) are the same legal entity. Luxa Energy LTD is responsible for both the Comparisun comparison service and any order placed with Luxa Energy. If and once Luxa Energy becomes a separate company related to Luxa Energy LTD by common ownership (rather than the operator of Comparisun itself), your order contract will be with Luxa Energy directly, Luxa Energy will be responsible to you as an independent business for that order, and Luxa Energy LTD's hand-off of your enquiry to Luxa Energy will be on the same footing as any other installer that receives a lead through Raysly. The Terms of Use (Section 3.2) and the Privacy Notice (Section 6) describe this relationship in the same terms. Luxa Energy's own offers are shown to you alongside offers from installers who use Raysly and have opted in to list.

Luxa Energy's offers are ranked using exactly the same criteria, formula and inputs as every other installer's offers, with no bonus or adjustment of any kind for being affiliated with Luxa Energy LTD. Every card showing an Luxa Energy offer carries a visible "Offer from the platform operator" label, so you can always see which offers come from the business affiliated with us.

4. How we earn money

Luxa Energy LTD earns money from operating Comparisun in the following ways:

• Sales by our affiliated installer. Luxa Energy sells and installs solar equipment shown in your results; Luxa Energy LTD or its group earns the revenue and margin from those sales like any installer would.
• Referral fees. We may receive a fee from an installer when your enquiry leads to a completed purchase. This fee does not change your ranking (Section 3) and is not charged to you directly.
• Subscription fees from installers. Installers may pay a subscription fee to list on, or use software provided through, our platform. No subscription tier affects ranking or visibility in results — see Section 3 and "No installer pays for placement" above.

Installers set their own prices, and we do not control whether a fee we charge an installer is reflected in the price they quote you. We do not currently charge consumers a fee to use Comparisun.

5. Who you are contracting with

Most installers and sellers listed on Comparisun are independent traders. When you place an order or accept an offer with one of them, your contract is with that installer or seller, not with Luxa Energy LTD acting as Comparisun. Any deposit, invoice or payment instruction you receive should come from, or clearly identify, that trader.

Luxa Energy is different. Today, Luxa Energy is Luxa Energy LTD itself; if and once Luxa Energy becomes a separate company under common ownership with Luxa Energy LTD (see "Luxa Energy appears in your results" above), it will contract with you directly and independently. If you order from Luxa Energy, your contract is with Luxa Energy (today, Luxa Energy/Luxa Energy LTD directly; in future, Luxa Energy alone), not with an unrelated third party. There is no separate Comparisun checkout or shop: payment is made directly to the Installer, by bank transfer or through a payment provider, as described in the Terms of Use Section 3.3.

6. Estimates, not guarantees

Prices, savings, payback period, return on investment, and any grant, subsidy or tariff figures shown to you are estimates based on the information you provided and publicly available data current as of the date shown. They are for illustration only, are not a guarantee of actual results, and are not financial advice. Your final price and savings depend on a site survey and your installer's own quotation.

7. Reviews

Comparisun does not currently have an installer- or offer-review or star-rating feature. If we add one, we will describe here how reviews are collected, whether they are verified as coming from a genuine customer, and how any average rating is calculated (UCPD Art. 7(6), Annex I items 23b/23c).

For installers and business users (Platform-to-Business Regulation, EU 2019/1150)

This section is addressed to installers and other businesses whose offers appear on Comparisun ("business users"). Your commercial relationship, including fees, termination and liability, is governed by your separate agreement under the Raysly business terms with the company that operates Raysly — the installer terms are Raysly's business terms, not this page. Luxa Energy LTD operates both Comparisun and Raysly and is your contracting party under the Raysly business terms. This section only summarises the ranking, data-access and complaints information P2B Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 requires us to give you here.

Ranking parameters (Art. 5)

The main parameters determining the ranking of your offers, and their relative importance, are described in "Main ranking parameters and their relative weight" above. The same parameters apply to your offers as to any other installer's offers of the same type, subject to the disclosure in "Luxa Energy appears in your results" above regarding our own affiliated installer.

Differentiated treatment, including our own offers (Art. 7)

Luxa Energy receives no differentiated ranking treatment (see "Luxa Energy appears in your results" above). Luxa Energy operates under exactly the same commission, fees, approval, suspension and complaint-handling terms as every other business user of comparable standing — no discount, waiver or preferential treatment of any kind.

Data access (Art. 9)

Through the Raysly business portal, you can access your own leads, orders, pricing, and performance statistics.

Complaints (Art. 11)

If you have a complaint about ranking, differentiated treatment, data access, or a restriction or termination of your access to the platform, you may raise it through the internal complaint-handling process described in the Raysly business terms (Section 10.11), which is free of charge and accessible directly to you.
